When winter strikes there are many things you should worry about.

- Changing HVAC filters – You must have your filters replaced especially during the winter months. Not only will your electric bill stay down but if your filter gets clogged it could lead to expensive repairs and even worse it can release carbon monoxide into your building.

- Snow Removal – Clearing your parking lot and sidewalks means employees and customers can get to your building. Also this makes your site safer for everyone with less car accidents and slip and falls. - Trimming your trees – Diseased or awkwardly growing branches can snap under the weight of ice and snow causing significant damage to your building.
